Wire Mesh Lockers

MAJOR STORAGE LOCKERS SHALL BE STEEL, WITH ALL WELDED COMPONENTS

AS PRODUCED BY MAJOR PARTITIONS LTD. QUANTITIES, SIZES AND ARRANGEMENTS SHALL BE SHOWN ON DRAWINGS

1- PANELS	2- SWING DOORS	3- POSTS (OPTION)
Shall be electric welded mesh 2"x 2" x 1/8" (10g .135 wire) (50mm x 50mm x 3.2 mm wire) framed by 1 1/4"x 1 1/4"x 12g (.105) (32mm x 32mm x 3mm) formed angles calibrated at 50 000 psi for extra strength.	All doors whether single or double tier shall consist of electric welded mesh 2" x 2" x 1/8" (10g .135 wire) (50mm x 50mm x 32mm Wire) framed by 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 12g (32mm x 32mm x 3mm) formed angle calibrated at 50 000 psi for extra strength. All doors shall have as reinforcement 1/2" (12.5mm) diameter rod from center to corners with all hinges padlock hasp and door strikes and two 3" x 3" hinges welded into place. Padlock by others.	All panels, shall be fastened to posts by using 1/4"x 2 2/3" cad-mium plated bolts and nuts, posts shall be 2" x 2" x 16g (50mm x 50mm x 2mm) welded to a base plate of 2"x 6" x 1/4" (50mm x 150mm x 6.4mm) designed to fasten to floor using two 2 2/3" x 3/8" anchor bolts.

All doors whether single or double tier shall consist of electric welded mesh 2" x 2" x 1/8" (10g .135 wire) (50mm x 50mm x 32mm Wire) framed by 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 12g (32mm x 32mm x 3mm) formed angle calibrated at 50 000 psi for extra strength. All doors shall have as reinforcement 1/2" (12.5mm) diameter rod from center to corners with all hinges padlock hasp and door strikes and two 3" x 3" hinges welded into place. Padlock by others.	Shall be electric welded mesh 2" x 4" x 1/8" (10g .135 wire) (50mm x 50mm x 3.2 mm wire) framed by 1 1/4"x 1 1/4" x 12g (.105) (32mm x 32mm x 3mm) formed angles calibrated at 50 000 psi for extra strength. Recommended for gasps ex-ceeding 6" between the ceiling and locker top panels. These tops are sized to cover two to three lockers. (OPTIONS FOR LOW COST LOCKERS)

Shall be electric welded mesh 2"x 2" x 1/8" (10g .135 wire) (50mm x 50mm x 3.2 mm wire) framed by 1 1/4"x 1 1/4"x 12g (.105) (32mm x 32mm x 3mm) formed angles calibrated at 50 000 psi for extra strength.	Shall be electric welded mesh 2"x 2"x 1/8" (10ga. 135wire) (50mmx50mmx 3.2mm wire) framed by 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 12ga (.105) (32mm x 32mm x 3mm) formed angles calibrated at 50, 000 psi for extra strength.	Shall be constructed of 16g sheet metal welded in an angle frame of 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 12g (32mm x 32mm x 3mm) option of wire mesh may be used and adjustable shelves available.
